Refund policy

At Mahan Art School, we strive to deliver exceptional creative experiences. Please review our policy terms below prior to completing your booking or purchase.

Physical & Digital Products

• All Sales Final: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind on any physical products, art supplies, merchandise, gift cards, or digital items.

Art Workshops & Masterclasses

• Strict No Refund Policy: All workshop tickets are non-refundable. Due to limited easel availability, venue bookings, and prep work, cash or card refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or change of mind.

• Rescheduling & Store Credits (Minimum 2 Days’ Notice): If you give us at least 48 hours’ (2 days) notice before your scheduled workshop start time, you may choose to:

  • Move your booking directly to another available workshop date.

  • Receive a store credit for the full ticket value to use toward a future session.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows (Less than 2 Days’ Notice): Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the workshop start time, as well as no-shows on the day, cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.

• Transferring Your Ticket: If you cannot give 48 hours’ notice, you are welcome to send a friend or family member to take your easel in your place. Simply email or message us their full name before the workshop begins.

• Cancellations by Mahan Art School: In the rare event that a workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered your choice of a full refund or a free transfer to a rescheduled date.
