By visiting our site or purchasing a product, ticket, or workshop from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

1. Online Store Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

  • You may not use our products, artwork, or website content for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  • A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, including artwork designs, workshop curriculums, or website assets, without express written permission by us.

3. Products and Workshop Bookings

  • Workshop Attendance: Workshop tickets are valid only for the specific date, time, and location purchased. All workshop bookings are strictly governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products and workshops are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service or product without notice.

  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products and artwork. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

     

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

     

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All artwork, visual designs, instructional guides, text, images, and content created by Mahan Art School (including designs taught in our workshops) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mahan Art School.

  • Attending a workshop grants you a licence to create a physical painting for personal use only. Workshop designs may not be reproduced, re-taught, or sold for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Mahan Art School, our directors, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our services or products, or attendance at any in-person workshop.

  • Participants attend in-person workshops at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. Protective aprons are provided, but Mahan Art School is not responsible for damage to personal clothing or property caused by paint or art supplies.

     

7. Governing Law

 

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
